Place two check marks in each row and each column. Each check mark occupies its own territory: they must not be adjacent horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. In other words, no two check marks can be in neighboring squares, including diagonally adjacent ones. You can click to add checks, supporting crosses, or remove check marks. Hint: The puzzle is simpler if you remember that any two consecutive rows or columns must together contain four checks.
